Enemies have 20% chance to be replaced as hallucinations of themselves, taking transparent appearance. They can't take or do damage.

At the start of every room, Isaac gets a random item effect, which expires when he cleares or leaves the room. Upon re-entering an uncleared room, Isaac will gain the same item effect again.
