Upgrading Bag is an active item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Exclusive to Cain.

Can be swung into the cardinal directions to collect pickups. The direction of the swing is controlled by fire keys.

Each pickup has a unique value that will be added to the bag. When the total value of pickups inside of the bag will reach required amount it will get transformed into Full Bag.

The amount needed starts at 20 and increases by 10 till it reaches 40.
