Teleports Isaac to an Abandoned Planetarium.

Teleporting to an Abandoned Planetarium this way also allows to encounter special, much better reward layouts.

There's always a 33% chance for a room layout with an item to appear.

Using this item more than once on the same floor will take Isaac to a new layout each time, rather than teleporting him to the same one.
