Merged Card? is a consumable in Arachna, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Activates 2 of the weaker versions of reversed tarot card effects.
• 0 - The Fool?: Drops either all of Isaac's coins, keys, or bombs grouped together at their highest value. Follows the same rules as 0 - The Fool?.
• I - The Magician?: Triggers Telekinesis effect twice. Any enemy shots that come near Isaac for the next six seconds are held in place then fired back.
• II - The High Priestess?: Mom's dismembered leg attempts to stomp Isaac for 15 seconds, similarly to Broken Shovel.
• III - The Empress?: For the current room, grants the following:

+0.75 tears
-0.05 speed.
• IV - The Emperor?: Spawns a rainbow champion of a random non-boss enemy on the floor.
• V - The Hierophant?: Spawns 1 Bone Heart on the ground.
• VI - The Lovers?: Grants 1 Broken Heart and +0.25 permanent damage.
• VII - The Chariot?: Doubles tears stat, halves speed stat for 30 seconds.
• VIII - Justice?: Spawns 1 or 2 Locked Chest near Isaac.
• IX - The Hermit?: Spawns 1 to 5 random coins on the ground.
• X - Wheel of Fortune?: Triggers the D8, D10, or D12 effect, which reroll Isaac's stats, enemies in the room, or rocks in the room respectively.
• XI - Strength?: All enemies in the room are weakened, becoming slightly slower and taking double damage from all sources. Affected enemies also have their damage reduced to half a heart. The effect lasts up to 30 seconds, or until the room is left.
• XII - The Hanged Man?: Grants the Head of the Keeper effect and increases Isaac's damage multiplier by x1.5 for 30 seconds.
• XIII - Death?: Summons a friendly Bony, Bone Fly, or Revenant.
• XIV - Temperance?: Forces Isaac to eat a random pill. Eaten pills become identified.
• XV - The Devil?: Triggers The Bible effect, granting flight for the room.
• XVI - The Tower?: Creates 2 clusters of random rocks and other obstacles. Spawned clusters will often contain tinted rocks, with the possibility of finding more than one in the same room. The pathways between exits can't be blocked.
• XVII - The Stars?: Removes Isaac's oldest passive item (ignoring starting items) and creates a random item pedestal from the current room's item pool. Does nothing if Isaac has no items.
• XVIII - The Moon?: Spawns a Cracked Key near Isaac and reveals the location of the Ultra Secret Room on the map.
• XIX - The Sun?: Gain Spirit of the Night and +1.5 damage for the current room. Also darkens the room.
• XX - Judgement?: Triggers The D6 and D20 effect, rerolling collectibles and pickups.
• XXI - The World?: Triggers the We Need To Go Deeper! effect, spawning a trapdoor underneath Isaac.
