The Testament is an unlockable active item in Arachna, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Teleports Isaac to an abandoned and expanded version of the sacrifice room, which contains a copy of every item Isaac has collected during the run spread across different rooms.

After choosing an item, Isaac returns to the room he used Testament in, and the item is removed. It doesn't affect the current run, but the chosen item will spawn in the starting room of the next run.

If Isaac has no items, then Eden's Blessing will spawn.
