Cat's Belt item
Cat's Belt is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Clearing a new room in under 6 seconds will reset the room and force Isaac to clear it again with slightly buffed base stats and no other items.
Grants a permanent +0.15 damage up every time the effect triggers.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
