Cat's Pact item
Cat's Pact is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+2 Black Hearts.
After taking damage 3-6 times, Isaac's health will be reduced to one heart.
This effect happens only once.
Bael gains a permanent +1.0 fire rate and +1.0 damage up after this occurs.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
