Disk Fragment is a passive item in Basement Moon, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Entering a new floor spawns 4 of Isaac's least-held pickup.
If the number of each held pickup is 4 or less, the effect is upgraded:
→ Spawns one of each: 
Golden Penny, 
Golden Bomb, and 
Golden Key
