Boiling Blood item
Boiling Blood is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Gives Isaac +0.15 damage for each half-red heart held in their health bar.
Taking damage will release 10 Red Candle flames in a circle around Isaac. Each flame deals Isaac's damage + 20.
