Draconic Penny is a trinket in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a chance to activate the D20 upon collecting a coin.

The base chance is based on the coin's worth:
• Penny: 20% chance.
• Double Penny: 36% chance.
• Nickel: 67.23% chance.
• Dime: 89.26% chance.

A deduction to the activation chance is applied based on how many pickups are in the current room: -0.1 * log(NumberOfPickups)

The minimum chance for the effect to activate is 1%.
