Fallen's Blood is a trinket in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns an additional devil item for sale in the Devil Room.

50% chance to spawn an item from the Devil Room pool in the Angel Room, which needs to be paid with heart containers like a regular devil deal. Taking this item will not affect Isaac's chance of encountering an Angel Room.
