Glass Cannon Mk2 is an active item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Shoots three glass ball tears in quick succession which inflict bleeding and deal damage equal to Isaac's damage stat + 4.2.

When a glass ball tear lands, it shatters into three shards which fly in the opposite direction. Glass shard tears are spectral piercing tears which deal 3× the original tear's damage and inflict bleeding on enemies, but can also damage Isaac.
