Half Dollar is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+50¢.
Penny and 
Double Penny pickups have a 60% chance to disappear and a 40% chance to be replaced with a 
Sticky Nickel.
Has a 10% chance to replace the item drop from Super Greed if they were killed in a Secret Room.
