Hazmat Mask - The Binding of Isaac

Hazmat Mask is an unlockable passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 Black Heart.

Grants an aura around Isaac that has a chance to inflict poison on enemies. The size of the aura increases based on the number of Black Hearts Isaac has.

Whenever an enemy gains poison, they have an 80% chance to get another debuff among the following: Burn, Concuss, Fear, Petrify, Slow, Bleeding, Weakness.

Grants immunity to poison gas.
