Impossible Quiz Book is an active item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Every 0.5 seconds, a random enemy in the room gets clobbered. Clobbered enemies take damage equal to 16 + CurrentFloor × 4, and release 10 arcing tears which deal 6 damage each.

Enemies are clobbered 1-5 or 11-15 times per use, but most often chooses 3 or 13 times.

Defuses all Troll Bombs in the room, converting them into their respective Bomb pickup, like Safety Scissors.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
