Nothing Burger is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held
• +8 tear height.
• ×1.04 tear size.
• ×1.1 size.
• 6.9% chance to make a shot tear brown.
• Fired tears deal +0.2 damage, increased knockback, and have a 5% chance to inflict a random debuff (Poison, Slow, Burn, Charm, Petrify, or Mark).
• Evil up (grants +0.5 damage if Black Feather is held).

On pickup
• Spawns a random coin pickup.
• Adds 1 charge to all of Isaac's held active items. Can also grant 1 charge to the following 0 charge active items with their own special charge metric: The Jar, Jar of Flies, Urn of Souls, Hands of Heaven, Nail Clippers.
