Serpens is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a 20% chance to shoot 2 streams of 5 Wiggle Worm tears with a slight spread whenever he shoots.

The first tear of the stream will poison enemies and has a 5% chance to spawn a Half Heart pickup that disappears after 1.5 seconds upon hitting an enemy.

The rest of the tears in the stream deal 40% of Isaac's damage.

The tears in the stream do not gain Isaac's tear effects.
