Alarm Clock is a passive item in Bedroom Expanded, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Makes an Alarm clock appear in every room.

After some time, it rings, making Isaac scream and deal damage to enemies around him.

Clearing 10 rooms without the clock ringing will put Isaac into the dream dimension.
