Hellish Wand item
Hellish Wand is an unlockable passive item in Benevolence, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon entering a room, marks a random enemy.
Marked enemies are slowed and take double damage.
When a marked enemy dies, another random enemy will be marked.
How to unlock?
Earn all completion marks as Judas.
