Puffballs item
Puffballs is a passive item in Benevolence, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Instead of picking up rotten hearts, Isaac absorbs them, granting their effects permanently.
Allows Isaac to pick up rotten hearts no matter his current health.
Transformations
Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
