Cathedral Window is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup +3 Soul Hearts.

While held +0.7 tears.
Some rooms get a few changes:
• Shop: A card has a 50% chance to be replaced by Holy Card.

• Treasure Room: An extra beggar.

• Secret Room: Keeper becomes an angel statue (they won't drop Key Pieces).

• Arcade Room: Gambling Game has a 50% chance to be replaced by a Confessional.

• Curse Room: A Red Chest has a 50% chance to be replaced by an Eternal Chest.

Defeat Isaac on Hard Mode as Benighted Magdalene.
