GHD is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup +2 bombs.
Spawns XVI - The Tower?.

While held Highlights Tinted Rocks and Dungeon Rocks.

Some obstacles will spawn extra pickups when destroyed:
• Most obstacles: 30% chance for a coin.
• Tinted Rocks: Soul Heart.
• Pot / Bucket: A coin and 10% chance for a trinket.
• Mushroom: 20% chance for a pill.
• Skull: 15% chance for a card.
• Polyp: Half Heart.
