Holy Injection is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+ 2 luck.

When a room is cleared, 3% chance to remove a Broken Heart, and gains a Half Soul Heart.

+ 1% chance for each syringe items or angel item.

This item contributes towards the Spun transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +2 damage, +0.15 speed and spawn a random pill.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
