Sneaky C is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns Locust of War.

While held Auto-smelts Locust of War.

Double-tapping the drop key drops all smelted Locust of War.

In an uncleared room, every 4 seconds, Locust of War spawns a Locust of War entity.

In the current room, for every enemy that newly appears, 25% chance to spawn a Locust of War entity.

Defeat ??? on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
