Ssstew is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Heart Containers become Bone Hearts.
Soul Hearts become Black Hearts.

While held The No.(6 - ) tear gets +2 damage and becomes slowing, poisonous and piercing.

Soul Hearts and Half Soul Hearts turn into Black Hearts when touched, even if they cost a price.

Defeat Satan on Hard Mode as Benighted Eden.

This item contributes towards the

Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
