The Reserved Nail is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Fires a nail that petrifies and weakens enemies for 3 seconds.
Enemies' taking damage boosts the charge.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as 
Benighted Judas.
