Three Wishes item
Three Wishes is an active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns 3 pickups in priority as the circumstances may require:
1. No trinkets held: A trinket.
2. No consumables held: A card.
3. Soul Hearts < 4 and Soul Hearts are useful to the character: 
Soul Heart.
4. Heart Containers < 4 and Eternal Heart is useful to the character: 
Eternal Heart.
5. Luck < 1: 
Lucky Penny.
6. Coins < 15: 
Golden Penny.
7. Bombs < 5: Double Bomb.
8. Keys < 5: 
Key Ring.
9. Any trinket is held: Gulp!.
10. Heart Containers >= 4 with Judas' Birthright and not in Devil Room: Spawns a health-priced item from a random pool.
11. Bombs >= 5: Locked Chest.
12. Keys >= 5: Bomb Chest.
