Turbine item
Turbine is an active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Triggers effects according to machines in the current room:
• 
Slot Machine: Spawns 2 random pickups (including items).
• 
Blood Donation Machine: Spawns 2 random hearts.
• 
Fortune Telling Machine: Spawns or a random trinket.
• 
Shop Restock Machine: Rerolls items or restocks Shop.
• 
Crane Game: Destroys itself, and spawns the shown item .
If no effect above is triggered, gains X - Wheel of Fortune.
