Tainted Magdalene's Cake trinket
Tainted Magdalene's Cake is a trinket in Birthcake: Rebaked, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as 
Tainted Magdalene.
Uncollected 
Hearts dropped from enemies create small blood explosions when they disappear, damaging nearby enemies for 3.5 + (0.5 x currentStage).
The explosion also causes damaging red creep to spawn underneath them.
