Tech-R is a passive item in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac's tears have a 20% chance of creating expanding laser rings on impact.
The chance to create laser rings scales with Isaac's luck stat, capping at 100% chance at 10 luck.
