The Zealot's Burden item
The Zealot's Burden is a passive item in A Bushel of Burdens & Blessings, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Wilted Blessings submod.
Description
Using active items will remove 1 Red Heart container.
Gives back all of the removed Red Heart containers at the start of the next run.
This item is exclusive to the Tainted Treasure Rooms mod and may appear within a Tainted Treasure Room as a counterpart of Bethany's Blessing.
Part of the Wilted Blessings mod.
