Tainted Abel is an unlockable character in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Starting items
Raise Dead (consumable slot)
Description
Shoots poison tears.
Releasing the shoot button just before an enemy dies, charges Raise Dead and makes them spawna poisoning cloud upon dying.
How to unlock?
Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Abel.
