Tainted Yuri is a character in Doki Doki, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Cannot have Red Hearts. Any item that gives Red Heart containers will grant a Rotten Heart instead.

Dropped Red Hearts on pick up will heal for Rotten Hearts instead.

Cannot have Soul Hearts or Black Hearts. Any Soul Heart or Black Heart added via items to his inventory, and ones found on the ground, will be converted into Blue Flies instead.
