Mood Swing is an unlockable passive item in Ena Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a damage multiplier that ranges from
x0.5 to x1.5.

Taking damage decreases the damage multiplier, and clearing rooms increases it.

Damage change is proportional to the current damage multiplier. (The lower the damage multiplier, the more it will increase and vice versa.)

Defeat Delirium as ENA.
