Unable to shoot any tears. Relies on the Throwing Bag to deal damage.
How to unlock?
Obtain Sharp Rock by bombing the sharp-looking rock on the first floor as Tainted Cain, then collect 70 
Wheat and defeat Abel in the Sacrifice Room. [video tutorial]
