Brain in a Jar is an unlockable familiar in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a jar familiar that follows Isaac.

When Isaac is shooting, the familiar stops in place and emits an aura within a small radius that damages enemies inside it.

The aura deals 3 damage per tick (15 per second).

Achieve Milestone #2 by unlocking 40% of Epiphany's achievements.
