Retribution item
Retribution is an unlockable passive item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 Soul Heart.
Taking Soul/Black Heart damage, or losing a Holy Mantle shield, causes 5 beams of light to drop down, equivalent to the effects of Crack the Sky.
How to unlock?
Complete the [Epiph] Retribution challenge.
