Savage Chains is an unlockable active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Locks Isaac in place allowing him only to shoot.

If there are enemies in the room, Isaac's stats are slowly increased:
up to +4.17 flat damage.
up to +2.31 fire rate.
up to +0.64 shot speed.

It takes 13 seconds for the stats to reach their maximum increase, and 8 to fully decrease (if at maximum) after being released.

Isaac can release himself by attempting to move in a single direction for 1 second, using the item again, or taking damage.

Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as Tarnished Samson.
