Weird Heart item
Weird Heart is an unlockable active item in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls Isaac's health bar using a combination of:
Red Heart Containers
Empty Red Heart Containers
Soul Hearts
Black Hearts
Bone Hearts
Isaac will at most gain or lose 2 heart containers from the reroll, with gains being a lot more common.
Does not get rid of Golden Hearts.
Golden variant Throws a random heart pickup upon use.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Tarnished Magdalene.
