Babi is a machine in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Offers 1-3 rock trinkets in exchange for heart containers, similar to a Devil Deal. Can only trade once, after which it disappears.

One of the trinkets will always be of Fiendish or Self Insert quality, while the others can also be Rare.

Taking a deal from Babi does not affect the Angel Deal chances.

Cannot be destroyed.

Exclusive to Golem's Subway. Has a 20% chance to appear on an odd-numbered floor, and 5% chance on an even-numbered floor.
