Cross Grimlin is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a familiar on Isaac's head that, when in an active room, automatically fires 4 tears in a + or × shaped pattern.

It can also shoot when dropped on the ground.

Tears are shot 1.5 times per second and deal Isaac's amount of damage, or 3.5 if dropped on the ground.
