Curse of the Imp is a curse in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All heart drops have a 50% chance to be replaced with a Hollow Friend familiar that will persist for 3 rooms before disappearing.

Cannot convert purchasable hearts in shops.

Can only be obtained via Black Lantern.
