Fiend's Horn item
Fiend's Horn is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a chance to spawn a Hollow Friend each time an enemy dies. The friends disappear on room clear and do not produce any hearts.
The chance to spawn a Hollow Friend scales with luck and the amount of immoral hearts Isaac has, using the formula: 0.2 + 0.15 × max(14, LuckStat) + 0.025 × ImmoralHearts.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as Fiend.
