Grid Restock Machine is a machine in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Costs 1 bomb to play, and has a 15% chance to activate the effects of D12, rerolling all obstacles in the room.

The chance is increased by 25% for each unsuccessful roll, and resets back to 15% after rolling.

After 4 successful plays, the machine has a 50% chance to break for each subsequent reroll, having a chance to spawn one of the following:
• 15% → D12
• 5% → Eternal D12

Additionally, after breaking, every pickup that would normally spawn from it will be converted to either a random bomb (66.67%) or Glass D12 (33.33%).

Bombing the machine will destroy it and cause 2 rerolls to happen, but won't drop any pickups. A Golden Poop is guaranteed to spawn during one of these rolls.
