Hug Beggar is a machine in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not require anything.

Touching it will hug Isaac, slightly immobilizing his movement until he lets go, after which the beggar will spawn a random heart and leave.

Does not drop anything when destroyed.

If playing as Tainted Magdalene, she will instead use her deadly hug to destroy the beggar and spawn a temporary heart.
