Molten Penny is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Picking up a coin has a 2% chance to smelt the currently held trinket(s).

Each point of luck increases the chance of the effect triggering by +0.5%.

The effect is guaranteed to trigger after having picked up 30 coins for the first time.

Some coins grant an additional chance for the effect to trigger:
• Cursed Penny: +1%
• Lucky Penny: +3%
• Nickel: +3%
• Dime: +6%
