Shard of Golem is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants an additional 4-heart health bar that is visible when near a Red Heart pickup, or by holding the map button. This health bar can be filled by overhealing, i.e. picking up Red Hearts when Isaac is already at full health.

Each additional bar filled grants +0.23 damage, up to a total of +1.08.

When the bar is fully filled, all currently held trinkets are smelted, making the damage increase permanent, and the additional health bar no longer accessible.
