GLITCHCITY is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Glitched rocks occasionally spawn on random tiles in every room.

Every 3 seconds, a random passive item in Isaac's inventory turns into GLITCHCITY. Cannot affect items with the quest tag.

If an enemy touches these glitched rocks, they will receive 60 damage that ignores armor, and the rock will disappear.

The glitched rocks automatically disappear after 4.8 seconds.

Bombing the glitched rocks is not possible. If a bomb touches them, they will push the bomb away and disappear. The explosion itself will not damage these rocks.

Glitched rocks will attempt to spawn near enemies.

Enter an I AM ERROR room for the first time.
