Laser Pointer is an active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a spectral Technology laser that can be moved with the shooting buttons.

The laser starts from Isaac and can be moved at any angle while the item is held up.

The item can be toggled on/off at any time.

The laser stays at the last position when the item is put down, but always follows Isaac as its starting point.

The laser deals damage equal to 0.1 × DamageStat + 0.5, 15 times per second.
