Moonbeam is an active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Creates a white target on the ground that can be controlled via the shooting keys. After 2.67 seconds, a beam of light will be created at the target's location that deals damage to enemies.

The beam deals 1-20 damage, 1.5 times per second.

The beam of light lasts for 10 seconds.

The item uses a special charge system that cannot be recharged via normal means. Traveling to the next floor is the only method of recharging.

Cannot appear naturally. Only acquirable via the debug console.
